Original Tag States: May be used in oven broiler or on burner. Hand wash with mild soap an dry immediately, oiling interior before every use will preserve lustre. Prechill or preheat to keep food hot or cold for several hours. Fresh flower arrangements not recommended. Use Nambé polish if some discoloration occurs.
