This is the first plate from the first series of the Pan Am Pioneer Flights by Theodore Giavis featuring the "Stratocruiser" flying over Antarctica. Made by Bauscher Weiden in West Germany in the 1980s.
Excellent condition. There is a tiny chip on the back rim.
