Vintage Black Cross Pen and Pencil Set made for Defunct Company Contel Marked Cross inside the Pen and Pencil, this set was made for the defunct telecommunications company, Contel. Contel was divested in the 1990s so this set predates that. The pencil has the Contel logo. The pen has no logos. Pen has blue ink and is in working order. Pencil has led and is in working order.
